52 inches of weld on every bracket. Brackets are welded to the pontoon surface to preserve its integrity
2 1" Thick HDPE Cap
Fusion-welded cap forms a monolithic seal that is free of joints or seams.
3 Nydock 18" Pontoon
Minimum wall thickness of 1/2". Contains 2%-3% dispersed carbon black for UV stability. Sinking weight load is 97 lbs per linear foot. Lifetime warranty. Virtually indestructable design. Does not contain any harmful foam or expanded polystyrene.

Specialty Pontoons
14" Pontoons
These pontoon can be used for smaller docks that require a lower freeboard height. Often these pontoons are used in a series or 4 pontoons in place of two 18” pontoons. Their buoyant capacity is 58 pounds per linear foot, almost half of an 18” pontoon in the equivalent length.

22" Pontoons
Our 22" has grown in popularity with its use as a sleeve insert for sinking steel docks due to the rust, decay, and metal fatigue that occurs after a steel pontoon has spent some time in the water. It has also been used in residential and commercial applications that require a specific freeboard that can be easily achieved with this diameter pontoon. This pontoon becomes fully submersed at 145 pounds per linear foot, making this a great choice when floating heavier objects and platforms.

36" Pontoons
The 36" pontoon has a large variety of uses including floating houses. The 388 pounds per linear foot of total capacity allows for significant weight loading. The pontoons can be manufactured for custom lengths and interior baffles can be added to provide extra security.
