Dock Floats

Upgrade Your Dock with Rugged, Lifetime-Warranty Pontoons—Say Goodbye to Leaking Barrels, Rotting Floats, and Rusted Steel. Ideal for Replacements or DIY Builds from the Ground Up.

Our pontoons come with options to fit your needs—choose capped ends or a tapered end if you plan to tow or add a motor to your dock. Constructed from heavy-walled polyethylene pipes used in underground mining and industrial applications, these pontoons are built for unmatched durability. With brackets every 4 feet, attaching and building your dock is quick and easy.

With over 1,000 residential and commercial docks across Canada, we proudly stand behind our pontoons with a lifetime guarantee. These pontoons are a significant upgrade from traditional steel docks and wave barriers, offering maintenance-free performance with no risk of leaks, cracking, rust, or pinholes. Our 5/8" thick-walled pontoons are the only ones you’ll ever need—whether for aquaculture cages in the Atlantic, piers on Lake Superior, marinas in Georgian Bay, or your own cottage dock—all at a cost less than steel pontoons and backed by a lifetime warranty.

For DIY builders, we offer standard lengths of 16', 20', and 24', and can custom-build sections up to 50' long. Give us a call to discuss your project needs.

14" Pontoons

These pontoon can be used for smaller docks that require a lower freeboard height. Often these pontoons are used in a series or 4 pontoons in place of two 18” pontoons. Their buoyant capacity is 58 pounds per linear foot, almost half of an 18” pontoon in the equivalent length.

22" Pontoons

Popular as a sleeve insert for sinking steel docks, addressing issues like rust, decay, and metal fatigue from prolonged water exposure. It’s also ideal for residential and commercial applications needing a specific freeboard, achieving full submersion at 145 pounds per linear foot—perfect for floating heavier objects and platforms.

36" Pontoons

The 36″ pontoon has a large variety of uses including floating houses. The 388 pounds per linear foot of total capacity allows for significant weight loading. The pontoons can be manufactured for custom lengths and interior baffles can be added to provide extra security. Simply let us know what the application is and we will work with you to bring your floating project to life.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR DOCK FLOATS

Know the difference between standard and tapered pontoon ends.

Standard End Pontoons feature a flat, 90-degree cap, maximizing flotation across the entire length of the pontoon. This design provides optimal buoyancy and stability, making it ideal for docks that require maximum lift and load-bearing capacity.

Tapered End Pontoons are engineered with a 45-degree angled face, constructed from 1.5" thick HDPE plate for enhanced durability. This streamlined design reduces drag, improving water flow around the pontoon. While this results in slightly less flotation compared to the standard ends, it is ideal for custom barges, DIY dock boats, and structures facing currents in rivers, where reduced resistance is beneficial for maneuverability and efficiency.
