I was impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of your team. They were not done until every detail was completed to our satisfaction. This made the experience great all around.
Excellent customer service and a superior product
The 6×6 bolted to the rock was ripped apart by ice over the years and before Derek could rent a rock drill, buy the materials and tackle fixing it himself, I called Nydock to see if they do repairs. Not only did they do it promptly and improve the durability, they also connected the ramp and dock and sent me a picture! Wonderful to have such a great local company focused on delighting their customers!
No hassles. This has been a game changer.
Every labour Day weekend many cottagers tow their docks to beaches on the lake. Docks are left at the beach, while lake water levels continue to decline, in order to have docks completely out of the water, when the low water level is reached. My NyDock allows me to leave my dock in place, with the benefit of extending my dock season by many months each year.
This is obviously a company that has good quality people as well as products.

They’re fast, smart, give great advice, and then most importantly they do an incredible job. We weren’t home and they came and put the dock in the most logical place, adjusting from what we asked because what we asked meant landscaping to make a proper entry. They used great judgment then well did a beautiful custom carve out for the ramp, again not requested just as courtesy.
Just had the perfect 8x8 swim raft delivered.
This is the 2nd addition to our beach...originally a 60 ft. dock 4 years ago which was the best long term investment for so many reasons. Also, the NyDock sales and service staff make the whole process a pleasure.

A superior product that is extremely stable with very little rocking even when it is windy.

STABILITY OF NYDOCK AND THE EXCELLENT WARRANTY
As a marina owner/operator I needed a docking system that I could leave in place over our harsh winter conditions. This product is the answer. As a NYDOCK Dealer of 5 years I have never had a warranty claim, saving me time and money.

Our experience with purchasing a new floating dock from NyDock was all positive. From the initial meeting with the sales lady at the NyDock site to dealing with the delivery and set- up crew we couldn't have been more pleased. Everyone was willing to help with any questions and the set up crew were so efficient. A few boards that we thought were flawed were quickly replaced. This is a well run organization that gets an A+ on my report card for them.
