Our Process
Initial Consultation and CAD Design: After receiving the marina’s inquiry, NyDock quickly developed a CAD-designed dock layout and quote. This rapid response allowed the marina to review and approve the plan within days.
Manufacturing and Delivery: The docks, spanning a total of 590 feet, were fabricated in NyDock's factory and transported to the marina over the course of two days. This efficient logistics operation required five transport truck loads to deliver the components.
Installation Coordination: To minimize disruption to the marina’s busy winter storage season, NyDock scheduled the on-site installation for early November. NyDock experienced team completed the installation in just two days, ensuring the project stayed on track and within the allotted timeframe.
Infrastructure Upgrades: Alongside the docks, the project included the installation of 28,000 lbs of anchoring to secure the structure, as well as 308 feet of shore power conduit to support plumbing and electrical services. These enhancements ensured the new docks were fully equipped to meet the marina’s needs.
