Peter Bobyk is our Fusion Fabrication Specialist. Peter loves to be challenged by those who say it can’t be done. Do you have a need for a custom fitting or an idea for a special part fabricated from HDPE? Pete can make it! Whether you hand him a scrap of paper with a rough sketch with your ideas on it or a detailed CAD drawing with exact specifications, Pete can build your custom project with exact precision. Pete has been working in the HDPE field since 2001, first on the Weholite production line at KWH then in their fittings department. Pete came to Pipefusion in 2009 and we put him to work immediately on highly specialized projects. Pete has fabricated custom fittings for aquaculture cages, intake fittings for aggregate processing plants, custom pontoons and equipment cases for floating weather stations and a variety of large wyes, tees, elbows and crosses for municipal and industrial applications.   Pete is fully trained on the use of all size butt fusion machines, electro-fusion processors, socket fusion and sidewall fusion tools as well as the lathe, fittings table and band saw.
